Meagan Monique Good was born August 8th, 1981, in the Panorama City neighborhood of Los Angeles to Tyra Wardlow-Doyle, her mother who managed her in her teens and her dad Leondis Leon Good is an LAPD police officer. She grew with her 3 siblings within Canyon Country California, and began her acting career when she was just four years old. She was an extra to TV shows like Doogie Howser Amen & M.D. in the beginning of her professional career. Her debut film, "Friday", was released in 1995 at the age of 13. In 1997 she was recognized for her performance in Eve's Bayou as Cisely Batiste, a troubled teenager. Her first N.A.A.C.P. nomination for this film. Image Award nomination.
